Star of the Week:
This week our Star of the Week was a special friend that likes the color orange, has two dogs at home, and loves Star Wars!!

This week was all about our names and our family.  We had lots of name activities.  We counted our letters, found the capital letter in our names, and compared our names to other friends' names.

This week in social studies we talk about families.  We explored how every family is unique and special.  We looked at pictures of each others families, drew pictures of our families, and compared the uniqueness of our own families.

In math, we talked about number 0-5.  We found different ways to see the number, such as tally marks, dice, set of objects, the numeral,  and the word.

*If you have not brought your headphones or paints, please do so soon as we will be using them.
*GRANDPARENTS BREAKFAST--September 12 at 7:30.  We would love to invite our grandparents to eat breakfast with us!!
